Kia ora e te whānau, NZSP is delighted to announce our 2025 upcoming conference to be held 22-23rd October at AgResearch Grassland Campus in Palmerston North.

We are finalising our keynote speakers - get ready to be parasitised by knowledge ;)

Our annual AGM will also be held in person during this conference.

Important deadlines:

Student conference grant
Applications for financial assistance to attend the upcoming conference are now welcome from any students with an interest in parasitology who are members of the NZSP. Applications will be considered by the NZSP Committee and must include:

• A detailed budget of conference attendance (e.g. travel, accommodation, registration, etc.)
• A covering letter supporting the application, which includes a statement as to what assistance has been sought and what is available
• A supporting statement from the applicant’s chief supervisor or Head of Programme

Please send applications by Friday, 5th of September, to bridget.lamont123@gmail.com and decisions will be communicated by Friday 12th September
